End user license agreement.

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and Supagain Inc. ("Licensor") governing your use of the Supagain application and services ("Licensed Application").

The Licensor grants you a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement.

You may not copy (except as expressly permitted by this license), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, any updates, or any part thereof.

This license is effective until terminated by you or the Licensor. Your rights under this license terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license.

The Licensed Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
